42smile
42smile is our lowest-cost long-term support programme which we have developed for individuals and small companies. A minimum monthly donation of HUF 42,000 provides annual support of HUF 504,000 each year for four years.
Why 42?
The name 42smile was inspired by Douglas Adams’ novel: The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, according to which the meaning of life is 42. We cannot formulate the meaning of life so simply, however to us at Smile, , the meaningfulness of our work is derived from providing sick children with psychological support through our art therapy which is effective in their recovery.
42smile is an open community for which we are constantly seeking applicants who are willing to commit to supporting Smile’s work.
